Place the order on our site here manually when your store receive order.
Bulk order: If you are doing business via SHOPIFY , you can export orders to a CSV file and send it to us!
2. Place the order on our Alibaba store:
You can make an order directly from our Alibaba Shop when you receive the order from your customers. We will arrange your order according to the order information which you wrote at Remark.
3. Using the Shopify app to sync orders: Dropshipping‑Alibaba Official to sync your products and orders to Alibaba dropshipping workstation, easier to do dropshipping, check Tutorials here
Yes, To protect the long term business relationship. We wont put any info and marketing materials from our company.
If you own a shopify store, you can import our products (including pictures, prices, stock and details) through the app: Dropshipping‑Alibaba Official.
And once the customer place the order on your store, it will automatically sync your order to alibaba, our store on Alibaba will receive your order and once finishing your payment, we will ship the order to your end customer directly!

Most of our products are made of environmentally friendly and high-standard 316L stainless steel, brass, and sterling silver as the metal foundation. The gemstones are in 5A grade zircon of our current products. Regarding the customized products, we accept more advanced customized requirements such as Real gold, Moissanite, Laboratory-Grown Diamonds, and Natural Diamonds. The material, electroplating layer, and environmental compliance of the products are all certified and issued by international authoritative certification bodies (SGS, TUV, GRA, NGTC), which can be inquired on the certification body's official website.
Copper products can maintain 1-3 years without fading; stainless steel and silver products do not fade for 5 years. The lead time of samples depends on which kind of customized the design. Normally design or slight change based on our jewelry need one week. The complicated design which needs to create mold should take one month after the drawing confirmed.

Yes, you can custom your box from other factory, and then send the boxes to our warehouse, we will help you to pack your order with your packaging.

2. Engrave Logo method (It looks deep)
MOQ: 30pcs per designs, per size.
Engraving fees: USD 50
Lead time: 25-28 working days , we need to do the new engraving process of your logo.
3. Lasering Logo Process (White look of the logo,Mostly choose this one,Sample pics provided)
No MOQ requirement;

For international shipping, it depends on the product quantity and delivery address. 98% of our items are in stock,lead time: 2-3 working days.
For sample order 1-2pcs:
DHL/FedEx Express is 28-30 USD, delivery time is 4-6 working days,
Standard express(Yun-Express) is 15-20 USD, delivery time time is 7-12 working days
